We are in the process of forming a scientific advisory board to guide Lumina's development and ensure it remains grounded in rigorous science and real-world experience. The board will bring together academic and practice-based experts in health and occupational psychology, behavioural science, nutrition, sleep, positive psychology, and related fields to provide a truly rounded perspective.
Their role is to help us translate the best available evidence into practice, safeguard user wellbeing, and refine the scientific models that underpin the app and employer dashboard. Their expertise will be central to improving the AI and machine learning systems that drive Lumina's personalised recommendations, ensuring they are accurate, fair, and responsible.
By working with leading researchers and institutions, the board will also strengthen Lumina's contribution to the wider evidence base, opening up opportunities for publications, partnerships, and innovations in the prevention of burnout.
